Martina Häring acts as a notary public for all transactions in connection with real estate, commercial register transactions, marriage contracts, contracts of inheritance, wills and renunciation of inheritance contracts throughout Switzerland, as well as limited liability company (GmbH) share transfers and pledges for companies in Germany.

The notary public has an additional qualification to conduct property transfers under § 20 para 1 letter c EG ZGB BL. Her preferred areas of activity also include the preparation and examination of preliminary contracts for purchase contracts as well as real-estate transactions in connection with legal transactions of the independent notary’s office for real estate in the Canton of Basel-Landschaft.
